It’s the one that combines the refinement of a decadent bistro with the warm, laid-back atmosphere of a true local gathering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The very beginning\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The story begins with love at first sight. In 1979, Jacques and France Gauthier always stopped by Le Cochon Dingue in the Champlain neighborhood after the movies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacques, a fan of indulgent desserts, is so hooked on the owner’s carrot cake that they decide to buy the little bistro, envisioning it as a place to host their friends in the atmosphere of the bistros they love.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
